If you are so cool that you don't need maps then here's the scoop.
From lake Rotorua take the road to Whakatane (SH30).  Drive for 15 minutes to Lake Rotoiti (first lake you come to), and carry on along the southern side to the end of the lake.  When the road veers right, away from the lake take the next left (Tamatea St.).  When you get to 28 - stop!  You're there!
